Hook0 is a webhooks-as-a-service platform built in Rust in France: an API to send events, subscriptions per customer, retries, signatures and a management UI. Self-hosting is free under the Server Side Public License (source-available; you cannot resell it as a managed service). The EU-hosted cloud, as of October 2026: Developer free (100 events a day), Startup €59/month (30K events a day), Pro €190/month (100K events a day, 30-day retention), and Enterprise custom. An on-premise Pro licence is €500/month plus a €1,000 setup fee, or €6,000 a year.
