DietlyAPI is a developer-friendly food and nutrition API providing access to more than 4.7 million food products and detailed nutritional data. Developers can search for foods, look up products by barcode, and retrieve individual food records through simple JSON endpoints. The API includes calories, macronutrients, micronutrients, source information, and confidence-ranked search results. It is suited to calorie counters, nutrition trackers, meal-planning tools, fitness apps, healthcare platforms, and food-scanning applications. What sets DietlyAPI apart is its combination of a large food database, straightforward integration, transparent pricing, and predictable rate limits without overage charges. Developers can obtain a free API key instantly without providing a credit card, then upgrade to a commercial plan as their application grows.

## Pricing

DietlyAPI offers four plans: Starter, Free forever: 30 requests per minute per IP, access to the full food database, search and barcode endpoints, API-key management, and non-commercial use. Pro — €27/month: 500 requests per minute, priority performance, commercial use, and email support. Scale — €92/month: 14-day free trial, 3,000 requests per minute, priority performance, commercial use, and priority support. Enterprise, From €199/month: Custom limits and pricing, uptime SLA, dedicated onboarding, EU data residency, invoiced billing, and custom terms. Paid plans have no overage charges and can be cancelled at any time.
