Cadence Starter is a local-first Python source bundle for developers and creators running automated content or media workflows. Cadence models workflow state and reports the next safe action. Approval Guard fingerprints the exact files behind a human approval, then exits safely if any reviewed input changes before publish or deploy. The bundle includes both readable source tools, documentation, examples, and 31 passing automated tests. It runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux with Python 3.10+, with no AI account, subscription, telemetry, or hosted service. A free runnable approval-fingerprint sample is available from the product site.
